Monday, February 22nd, 2010Recovering from a blinding hangover so I’ll make this brief(ish). Wee selection of the tunes I’ve been digging the most recently. Can’t believe I hadn’t heard this Dusty Kid track til a few days ago. Kicks in big time at around the 2-minute mark. Also new 80kidz with Lovefoxxx from CSS – easily the best thing either has done for a while – excited for the 80kidz album. Was sent this Russ Chimes remix and must say he’s not put a foot wrong lately. Finally, one of the guys that runs the Killer Kitsch club night at Cabaret Voltaire in Edinburgh (and Glasgow) also does remixes and discovered this prize of a remix he did for Glasgow band Haight Ashbury. Fans of said Chimes and Fred Falke should enjoy.
